2 tablespoons of organic parmesan, grated
1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
sea salt
2 garlic cloves, crushed
pepper
2 teaspoons of ghee
2 tablespoons of organic heavy cream

How to Make Parmesan Baked Eggs in Ramekins
- Add the parmesan, thyme, and crushed garlic to a small bowl. Season with sea salt and pepper, then mix until even.
- Place 2 ramekins into a baking dish. Fill each one with 1 teaspoon of ghee and 1 tablespoon of heavy cream. Mix until even, then bake for 1 minute at 360⁰F/180⁰C.
- Remove from oven and add to each ramekin 1 egg. Top with the parmesan mixture and bake for 10 minutes at 360⁰F/180⁰C.
