4 bacon
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 potatoes
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
2 garlic cloves, sliced
1 teaspoon paprika powder

How to Make One Pan Spicy Potatoes and Crispy Bacon

  1. You can start by chopping the bacon. Heat a skillet and add olive oil. Add the bacon, and fry it until crispy.
  2. Slice and dice the potatoes. Heat another skillet, add vegetable oil and throw in the potatoes. Add the garlic and give it a good stir. Season with paprika powder, pepper, and thyme.
  3. Fry them for about 10 minutes, until golden and tender.
  4. Add the fried bacon and cook on low heat for about 1-2 minutes more.
  5. Serve warm!
