Ingredients Needed for Mozzarella Special Bread
1 pound ready-made dough
2 ounces of pesto sauce
8 ounces of mozzarella
3.5 ounces of butter
2 garlic cloves
¼ cup spring onion, chopped
How to Make Mozzarella Special Bread
- Preheat the oven to 365 degrees F/185 degrees C.
- Cut 6 ounces/170 grams of mozzarella in 0.4-inch/1 cm side cubes.
- Grate the remaining mozzarella.
- Form, with your hands, small pitas, 2-inch/5 cm diameter.
- Using a teaspoon spread pesto sauce on the pitas.
- Put mozzarella cubes in the center of the pitas and form dough balls.
- Put the balls in a round shape baking tray.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter.
- Crush the garlic, add it in the butter, and mix them together.
- Use a silicone brush to coat the dough balls with butter.
- Spread on top the grated mozzarella.
- Bake the special bread for 20 minutes.
- Before you serve it, sprinkle some chopped spring onion on top.
