How to Make Lamb and Feta Pie
- For the lamb mince:
Add the lamb mince, onion, fresh parsley, garlic, allspice, salt, ginger, cumin, oregano, and paprika to a bowl. Season with pepper and mix until even using your hands.
- Assemble the pie:
Spray a 10-inch (24 cm) diameter round baking dish with olive oil. Layer 1/2 of the lamb mince mixture in the baking dish and press it gently to distribute evenly.
- Evenly spread the feta, add the fresh basil, parsley, and chili flakes. Layer the remaining lamb mince mixture and distribute evenly.
- Dust your work surface with flour and flatten the pie crust using a rolling pin.
- Trim it to make it perfectly circular using a knife and a bigger plate. Place it on top of the minced lamb mixture and poke some holes in it using a knife.
- Whisk the yolks in a smaller bowl and coat the pie crust using a brush. Bake for 40 minutes at 350⁰F/175⁰C.
- Serve the pie garnished with some Greek yogurt.
