Ingredients Needed for Ground Beef and Egg Breakfast

2 potatoes
3 ounces of ground beef
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
1 garlic clove
4 cherry tomatoes
4 basil leaves
2 eggs

How to Make Ground Beef and Egg Breakfast

  1. Boil some water in a saucepan.
  2. Dice the potatoes in medium pieces.
  3. Boil the potatoes.
  4. Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a skillet and cook the ground beef.
  5. Crush the garlic and add it in the skillet.
  6. Add the boiled potatoes.
  7. Cook together the ground beef, the garlic, the boiled potatoes, and the cherry tomatoes, cut in halves.
  8. Season the food with salt and pepper.
  9. While the food is still in the skillet, add the fresh basil leaves.
  10. After the basil releases its flavor, remove the leaves from the pan.
  11. In another skillet, heat the remaining vegetable oil.
  12. Fry the eggs.
  13. On a plate, place the fried eggs and the ground beef and the potatoes.
  14. If you want, sprinkle some chopped chives.
