Ingredients Needed for Berry Chocolate Bites

7 ounces of chocolate
½ cup raspberries
½ cup blueberries

How to Cook Berry Chocolate Bites

  1. Melt the chocolate using the bain-marie technique:
    Fill a medium pot halfway with water and heat it. Add the chocolate to a heat-proof bowl and place it on top of the pot. Continuously stir until the chocolate melts.
  2. Transfer the melted chocolate to a small pitcher. Place 12 small muffin cups in a baking dish.
  3. Fill the small cups halfway with melted chocolate. Alternately add raspberries or blueberries, then top with the remaining melted chocolate. Refrigerate for 60 minutes.
