Ingredients

For the grape juice:
12 ounces of red grapes
4 cups of water
For the cornstarch mixture:
4 tablespoons of cornstarch
½ cup sugar
1 cup water
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
coconut flakes for garnishing
mint for garnishing

For the grape juice: Add the grapes and water into a pot and bring to a boil. Stir in the process. Set aside for 20-30 minutes.

Strain the grape mixture into a bowl. Discard the pulp and skin.

For the cornstarch mixture: Add the cornstarch and sugar to a bowl and start mixing using a whisk. As you mix, gradually add the water. Add the vanilla extract and mix a little more.

Transfer to a pot over low heat, add the grape juice and whisk for 1-2 minutes.

Serve in glasses with a stem, garnished with coconut flakes and mint leaves.
