Ingredients Needed for Beef and Asparagus Stir-Fry
12 ounces of beef steak, cubed
2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
2 ounces of cashew
1 celery stick, thinly sliced
6 asparagus stalks
¾ cup beef stock
fresh dill (optional)
1 chili (optional)
How to Cook Beef and Asparagus Stir-Fry
- Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil into a wok or deep skillet. Add the beef cubes and season them with salt and pepper. Stir-fry them for 5-6 minutes.
- Add the cashew and cook for 1 more minute. Set aside.
- Take another deep skillet (or wok) and heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add the celery slices and asparagus pieces. Season with salt and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Pour the beef stock over and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Return the steak and cashew to the pan and toss with the vegetables. If you want, garnish with fresh dill and chili slices before serving.
