Flavored Baked Potatoes with Garlic Yogurt Dip

Ingredients

For the potatoes:
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 garlic clove , crushed
2 teaspoons of dried basil
2 tablespoons of mustard
¼ cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt
pepper
6 potatoes , quartered
For the dip:
½ cup greek yogurt
2 garlic cloves , crushed
pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil

For the potatoes:

Add the dried oregano, garlic, basil, mustard, lemon juice, and olive oil to a bowl. Season with salt and pepper and mix until even.

Add the quartered potatoes to the bowl and mix to completely cover them with the flavored mustard mixture.

Transfer them to a parchment paper-lined baking tray and bake them for 50 minutes at 400⁰F/200⁰C.

For the dip:

Add the Greek yogurt, garlic, and olive oil to a smaller bowl. Season with pepper and mix.

Serve the potatoes together with a bowl of dip.

Well, I love to eat! I guess I always did. Tasty foods, traditional foods, fast-foods, healthy foods and, again, not so healthy ones. You name it. However, in time I kind of built on this habit and, slowly but surely, I began to turn toward the Mediterranean cuisine and, occasionally, even the Mediterranean diet.
