Ingredients Needed for Feta and Crouton Salad

1 oak leaf lettuce, chopped
1 red onion
1 avocado
5 cherry tomatoes
5 ounces of feta cheese
½ cup croutons
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt
pepper

How to Make Feta and Crouton Salad

  1. Remove the bottom of the salad, slice it and put it into a large bowl.
  2. Slice the onion, the avocado, and the cherry tomatoes and add them in the bowl.
  3. Slice the feta cheese into small cubes. Add it in the bowl with the croutons.
  4. Season with salt and pepper and add olive oil.
  5. Mix them all together.
