1 oak leaf lettuce, chopped
1 red onion
1 avocado
5 cherry tomatoes
5 ounces of feta cheese
½ cup croutons
1 tablespoon olive oil

How to Make Feta and Crouton Salad
- Remove the bottom of the salad, slice it and put it into a large bowl.
- Slice the onion, the avocado, and the cherry tomatoes and add them in the bowl.
- Slice the feta cheese into small cubes. Add it in the bowl with the croutons.
- Season with salt and pepper and add olive oil.
- Mix them all together.
