1 pound chicken breast (3 breasts)
1 tablespoon olive oil
sea salt
pepper
½ lemon, wedges

Lay the chicken breasts on your chopping board. Drizzle olive oil and season them with sea salt and pepper on both sides.

Heat your grill. Lay the chicken breasts and lemon wedges on it. Grill for 10 minutes, then flip the chicken and lemon and grill for 10 more minutes.
