½ cup seed mix
½ cup rolled oats
½ cup pumpkin pie spice

How to Make Cocoa Spread-Coated Crunchy Bananas With Honey
- Peel the bananas and coat them with the peanut and cocoa spread using a kitchen brush.
- Add the seed mix, rolled oats, pumpkin pie spice, and wheat bran to a flat plate or a bigger baking dish and mix them.
- Cover the cocoa spread coated bananas with the seed and grain mixture, then bake for 20 minutes at 340⁰F/170⁰C.
- Serve the coated bananas on a plate, drizzled with the honey. Garnish with the crumbled pecan nuts.
