Ingredients Needed for Mushroom Filled Baguette
½ red onion
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
6 mushrooms, diced
1 red bell pepper

1 demi baguette
2 spring onions s, chopped
½ cup shredded mozzarella
1 tablespoon green olive, sliced
How to Make Mushroom Filled Baguette
- Preheat the oven to 340 degrees F/175 degrees C.
- Slice the red onion.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet and cook the red onion, the mushrooms, and the red bell pepper.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
- Cut horizontally the demi baguette.
- Remove the soft crumb from each baguette half.
- Fill both baguette halves with the mushrooms mixture.
- Sprinkle the spring onion.
- Add the mozzarella and the green olives slices.
- Bake the filled baguettes for 7 minutes.
