Ingredients Needed for Baked Potato and Mozzarella Snack

3 potatoes
6 tablespoons of marinara sauce
4 ounces of mozzarella, shredded
12 pepperonis slices
¼ spring onion

How to Make Baked Potato and Mozzarella Snack

  1. Preheat the oven to 356 degrees F/180 degrees C.
  2. Stick the 3 potatoes with a fork.
  3. Microwave them for 6-7 minutes.
  4. Cut the potatoes in half and add them to an oven pan.
  5. Add a spoon of marinara sauce over each potato half.
  6. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella over the potato halves.
  7. Add 2 pepperoni slices on each potato half.
  8. Cook in the oven for 10-12 minutes.
  9. Serve with finely chopped spring onion on top.
