Ingredients

1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
pepper
salt
1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
1 teaspoon paprika powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 ½ pounds of boneless turkey leg (4 cutlets)
1 lemon (optional, for serving)

Combine in a small bowl the extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper, thyme, paprika powder, and garlic powder. Stir.

Use the mixture to coat the turkey cutlets on all sides.

Heat the grill and lay the turkey cutlets on it. Grill for about 8 minutes (4 minutes per side).

Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.
