How to Make Grilled Turkey Legs With Thyme and Paprika
- Combine in a small bowl the extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper, thyme, paprika powder, and garlic powder. Stir.
- Use the mixture to coat the turkey cutlets on all sides.
- Heat the grill and lay the turkey cutlets on it. Grill for about 8 minutes (4 minutes per side).
