Ingredients Needed for Wedges Bacon Rolls

3 potatoes
salt
pepper
paprika powder
5 ounces of bacon, sliced
5 ounces of mozzarella
2 rosemary sprigs

How to Make Wedges Bacon Rolls

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F/180 degrees C.
  2. Cut the potatoes into wedges.
  3. Put them on a baking tray and sprinkle some salt, pepper, and paprika powder on them.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes.
  5. Cut sticks of mozzarella.
  6. Roll in bacon slices one wedge and one mozzarella stick until you use all the ingredients.
  7. Put the bacon rolls in a baking tray.
  8. Put in the pan the rosemary sprigs.
  9. Bake them for 15 minutes.
  10. Serve the bacon wedges rolls with a dip.
