1. Egg in avocado in the oven
Just cut the avocado, crack the egg in the hole where the pit used to be and pop that bad boy into the oven. It will be warm and hearty and give you the protein kick you need to start the day.
2. Breakfast guacamole with scrambled eggs
Make some nice guacamole and add some diced tomatoes (trust us, it works!) Then whip up some delicate and silky scrambled eggs and serve them all together on a plate. It is going to be incredibly delicious!
3. Make a smoothie
Add your avocado to a blender, together with some nice and fresh kale and your favorite spices or other herbs (mmm, cucumber!) and make the green smoothie of your dreams. It will be full-bodied enough that you won’t be needing any snacks until lunch, thank you very much!
4. Eat it with polenta
Polenta is a hearty meal in and of itself, but if you pair it with some delicate, ripe avocado, you might be wowed! Add some tomatoes to that and enjoy your breakfast, with a steaming cup of coffee. What more could you ask for?
