3.5 ounces oat flakes
⅓ cup walnuts, chopped
⅓ cup flaxseeds
⅓ cup dates, chopped
⅓ cup ground coffee
½ cup almond butter
1 teaspoon rice syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
salt

How to Make Coffee Granola

  1. Add the oat flakes, walnuts, flaxseeds, dates, and ground coffee to a bowl. Mix until even.
  2. Add the almond butter, rice syrup, vanilla extract, and a dash of salt to a small pot over low heat. Mix them.
  3. Cook and stir for 2 minutes.
  4. Add this mixture to the oat bowl and mix it in.
  5. Transfer to a roomy baking dish, then bake for 15 minutes at 360ºF/180ºC.
  6. Serve it along with berries.

7 ounces butter
½ teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons sugar
10 ounces flour
1 teaspoon cardamom
3 tablespoons coffee grounds
3 ounces of chocolate chips
1 tablespoon vegetable oil

How to Make Turkish Coffee Shortbread Cookies

  1. Add the butter, salt, and sugar to a bowl. Mix until even using the hand mixer.
  2. Add the flour, cardamom, and coffee grounds. Mix until you have a dough, using your hands.
  3. Shape the dough into cookie-sized patties.
  4. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and transfer the dough patties on it.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes at 360ºF/180ºC.
  6. Add the chocolate chips to a bowl and pour the oil over them.
  7. Microwave for 2 minutes.
  8. Dip the cookies halfway into the melted chocolate. Serve when the chocolate icing has dried.

1 teaspoon ground coffee

3 ounces sugar

How to Make Leftover Coffee Brownies

  1. Add most of the flour  (set aside 2 tablespoons for later use), the coffee grounds, and ground coffee to a bowl. Season with salt and whisk until even.
  2. Add the eggs and sugar to a bowl and start mixing. Gradually mix in the vanilla extract, vegetable oil, and the remaining flour.
  3. Add the cocoa powder and keep mixing until you have an even batter.
  4. Add 3 tablespoons of chocolate chips and mix them in using a spatula.
  5. Line a baking dish with parchment paper and pour the mixture. Sprinkle with the remaining chocolate chips.
  6. Bake for 35 minutes at 360ºF/180ºC.
  7. Portion and serve.

3 ounces bacon, chopped
⅔ cup milk
2 tablespoons brown sugar
3 tablespoons ground coffee
7 ounces dates, finely sliced
10 ounces flour
salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 ounces butter

How to Make Date, Bacon, and Coffee Cookies

  1. Heat a pan over medium-high heat, add the bacon and fry for 4-5 minutes.
  2. Transfer the fried bacon on paper towels and set aside.
  3. Add the milk and brown sugar to a smaller pot over low heat.
  4. Gradually add the ground coffee while whisking. Cook and whisk until smooth.
  5. Remove from heat, add the dates, cover with a lid or a plate and let them soak for 15 minutes.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a blender, add the flour, the fried bacon, and 2 tablespoons of milk.
  7. Season with salt, add the baking powder and butter, then mash everything.
  8. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and add the dough as small lumps.
  9. Bake for 15 minutes at 380ºF/190ºC.

How to Make Coffee and Coconut Cupcakes

  1. Add the coffee grounds, coconut sugar, coconut flour, a dash of salt, the almond flour, coconut flakes, cornstarch, and baking powder to a bowl.
  2. Whisk shortly.
  3. Keep adding the coconut oil, coconut milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until even.
  4. Add the stiff egg whites and mix some more.
  5. Transfer the mixture to cupcake forms.
  6. Add these to a baking dish and bake for 25 minutes at 360ºF/180ºC.
