These are not just your ordinary skewers! Instead of meat, we’ve used watermelon, because hey, it’s summer and it’s hot outside! Slide some cucumber and cherry tomatoes in the mix and serve with balsamic reduction sauce on top. By the way, there’s no cooking involved!

Ingredients Needed for Watermelon, Veggies and Mozzarella Skewers

1 watermelon slice
1 cucumber
8 cherry tomatoes
8 bocconcini
balsamic reduction sauce

How to Make Watermelon, Veggies and Mozzarella Skewers

  1. Cut the watermelon slice into small cubes.
  2. Slice the cucumber.
  3. Place all the ingredients on a wooden board.
  4. Bring some skewers and slide the ingredients through in the following order: cucumber, melon, cherry tomatoes, and bocconcini.
  5. Slide as many ingredients as you can.
  6. Serve them with a touch of balsamic reduction sauce.
