Tuna and Pomegranate Salad

A nice and simple salad, perfect for summer meals. Whether it’s lunch or dinner, don’t worry! Tuna salad works just fine for both!

Ingredients Needed for Tuna and Pomegranate Salad

1 oak leaf lettuce
1 red onion, sliced
1 avocado
5 cherry tomatoes
6 ounces of canned tuna
½ lime
1 tablespoon olive oil
¼ cup pomegranate seed

How to Cook Tuna and Pomegranate Salad

  1. Remove the bottom of the salad, slice it and put it into a large bowl.
  2. Slice the onion, the avocado and the cherry tomatoes and add them in the bowl.
  3. Add the tuna and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Squeeze the lime and add olive oil.
  5. Add pomegranate seeds and mix all the ingredients.
