Ingredients Needed for Tortilla and Veggie Summer Salad

3 radishes es
1 onion
2 cucumbers
1 tomato
1 lime
½ lettuce
1 tortilla wrap
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon sumac
1 teaspoon mint
salt

How to Make Tortilla and Veggie Summer Salad

  1. Dice the radishes, onion, cucumbers, and tomato.
  2. Add them in a large bowl.
  3. Squeeze half a lime over them.
  4. Shred the lettuce leaves.
  5. Roast the tortilla wrap in a skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  6. Cut the fried tortilla in pieces and add them over the salad.
  7. Add the olive oil and sumac.
  8. Squeeze the other lime half over the salad.
  9. Add the mint and salt.
  10. Rub the condiments in the veggies.
