10 ounces of sunflower seeds
5 ounces of powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
5 ounces of melted butter
- Heat a pan over low heat and add the sunflower seeds. Stir and fry them for 2-3 minutes.
- Transfer them to the blender. Crush them.
- Add them and the powdered sugar to a bowl. Mix. Add the vanilla extract and melted butter. Mix more until even.
- Line a small baking tray with a larger plastic foil and add the sunflower seed mixture. Spread it evenly and wrap the foil around it. Refrigerate for 3 hours.
- Serve it cut into bars.
