Ingredients Needed for Strawberry Jam Puff Pastry Roll Ups
8 ounces of puff pastry (1 sheet)
3 tablespoons of cream cheese
3 tablespoons of strawberry jam
2 tablespoons of melted butter
2 tablespoons of brown sugar
orange zest for garnishing
How to Cook Strawberry Jam Puff Pastry Roll Ups
- Lay the puff pastry sheet on the work surface. Spread the cream cheese over it, then do the same with the strawberry jam. Roll.
- Cut it into 9 equal pieces using a plastic knife. Transfer the small roll-ups to the cups of a muffin pan.
- Coat them with melted butter using a brush. Sprinkle them with brown sugar. Bake for 25 minutes at 360⁰F/180⁰C.
- Serve them garnished with orange zest.
