Ingredients Needed for Simple Rice

1 cup rice
2 cups of water, warm

How to Make Simple Rice

  1. Add the warm water in a saucepan along with the rice.
  2. Heat it over medium heat and add a pinch of salt.
  3. Cover with a lid and cook the rice for 8-10 minutes.
  4. Remove the lid and fluff the rice with a spoon before serving.
  5. Remember to use a water/rice ratio of 2:1 when cooking with rice.
