1 grapefruit, halved
2 tablespoons of dark rum
2 teaspoons of brown sugar

Loosen the pulp segments and edges of each grapefruit half using the tip of a knife. Also, poke holes an make small cuts into the pulp.

Place each half into a ramekin with a slightly smaller diameter.

Pour a tablespoon of rum over the loosened pulp. See to it, that rum infiltrates the holes and cuts made into the pulp.

Sprinkle them with the brown sugar, then bake for 20 minutes at 360⁰F/180⁰C.
