Prosciutto and Sweet Potato Skewers

Ultra Basic

A recipe allowed in a / / diet.

Skewers are a great snack, but they’re usually only as good as the ingredients you slide on them. Luckily for us, we’re diehard fans of both prosciutto and sweet potato. You can also add some veggies, if you prefer, and even a few slices of mozzarella cheese. And by the way, for this recipe it’s better to cook it in the oven, because grilling them can easily burn the prosciutto.
