First off: make this wonderful cheeseburger with a patty, a large slab of Cheddar, onion, and pickles. The dressing is actually a pink sauce made with ketchup, mayo, and garlic.

Ingredients Needed for Pink Sauce Cheeseburger


For the sauce:

1 tablespoon hot chili sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 teaspoon garlic powder

For the burger:

1 burger patty
1 burger bun
2 lettuces leaves
4 red onions slices
0.25 ounce cheddar (1 slice)
1 small pickled cucumber, sliced

How to Make Pink Sauce Cheeseburger

  1. Add the chili sauce, ketchup, mayonnaise, garlic powder, and some lemon juice to a smaller bowl and mix them. Set aside.
  2. Heat a cast-iron grill pan and cook the burger patty on both sides.
  3. Cut the burger bun horizontally in half, coat the lower one with the mayo-ketchup mixture, then add the lettuce, onion slices, and patty. Add a new layer of mayo-ketchup mixture, top with the slice of cheddar and the pickled cucumber. Finally, place the upper half of the bun over the whole thing.
