Who would say no to tropical flavors? Especially when served in colorful exotic ways. Fill your scooped-out pineapple with white rum, Curacao, condensed milk, and pineapple pulp, all blended together. Now all you have to do is drink this turquoise cocktail on the shore of a turquoise sea.

Ingredients Needed for Pineapple and Blue Curacao Hawaiian Cocktail

    1 pineapple
    ¼ cup white rum
    2 tablespoons of blue curacao
    ⅓ cup condensed milk
    1 tablespoon brown sugar

How to Make Pineapple and Blue Curacao Hawaiian Cocktail

  1. Place the pineapple on the work surface. Cut off the crown 1/2 or 1 inch into the fruit.
  2. Make deep cuts into the fruit pulp, then scoop it out using a tablespoon.
  3. Add the pulp, white rum, Curacao, and condensed milk to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  4. Rim the pineapple with brown sugar and transfer the pineapple mixture in it. Caramelize the sugar using a kitchen blowtorch. Serve with two plastic straws.
