Ingredients

1 pineapple
¼ cup white rum
2 tablespoons of blue curacao
cup condensed milk
1 tablespoon brown sugar

Place the pineapple on the work surface. Cut off the crown 1/2 or 1 inch into the fruit.

Make deep cuts into the fruit pulp, then scoop it out using a tablespoon.

Add the pulp, white rum, Curacao, and condensed milk to a blender. Blend until smooth.

Rim the pineapple with brown sugar and transfer the pineapple mixture in it. Caramelize the sugar using a kitchen blowtorch. Serve with two plastic straws.
