¼ cup white rum
2 tablespoons of blue curacao
⅓ cup condensed milk
1 tablespoon brown sugar
How to Cook Pineapple and Blue Curacao Hawaiian Cocktail
- Place the pineapple on the work surface. Cut off the crown 1/2 or 1 inch into the fruit.
- Make deep cuts into the fruit pulp, then scoop it out using a tablespoon.
- Add the pulp, white rum, Curacao, and condensed milk to a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Rim the pineapple with brown sugar and transfer the pineapple mixture in it. Caramelize the sugar using a kitchen blowtorch. Serve with two plastic straws.
