Ingredients Needed for Irish Cream Brownie

2 cups of flour
1 ½ cups of sugar
¼ cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup milk
2 eggs
¼ cup olive oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the irish cream mixture:

½ cup condensed milk
¼ cup irish cream
½ cup chocolate chip

For the whipped cream mixture:

1 ½ cups of whipped cream
¼ cup powdered sugar
¼ cup cocoa powder
shredded chocolate, optional

How to Make Irish Cream Brownie

  1. You can start with the brownie dough. Grab a large bowl and add the flour, sugar, and cocoa. Add the baking soda, salt, and whisk.
  2. Make a small well in the middle of the dry mixture and pour half of the milk, the olive oil, vanilla extract, and eggs.
  3. Set up your mixer and mix until the ingredients combine.
  4. Add the remaining milk, water, and mix until you obtain a smooth mixture.
  5. Line a baking dish (approximately 16 X 8 inches) with parchment paper and evenly pour the chocolate mixture.
  6. Slide the tray into the oven for the next 50 minutes at 350 degrees F/175 degrees C.
For the irish cream mixture:
  1. Mix the condensed milk, Irish cream, and chocolate chips in a microwave dish. Slide it into the microwave for the next 2 minutes.
  2. Pinch the surface of the brownie with a straw and evenly spread the condensed milk mixture. Slide the tray into the oven for the next 30 minutes.
For the whipped cream mixture:
  1. Add the whipped cream, powdered sugar, and cocoa powder in a large bowl. Set up your mixer and mix until you obtain a smooth, silky cream.
  2. Evenly spread the mixture over the brownie and top it with some shredded chocolate.
  3. Refrigerate for the next 30 minutes.
