2 pounds of mussel
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
½ cup white wine
1 garlic clove, chopped
0.5 ounce butter
5 ounces of fusilli
salt

How to Make Fusilli With Mussels and White Wine Sauce

  1. Start by washing the mussels with cold water. Throw away all opened mussels.
  2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the fusilli according to the instructions on the package.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat and add the mussels. Add the white wine, garlic, and butter. Cook the mussels for 6-8 minutes or until they are opened. Discard any unopened mussels.
  4. Add the cooked fusilli and cook everything for 1 minute.
  5. You can serve with a touch of parsley on top.
