Fresh Tuna and Feta Salad

One can of tuna can solve your hunger issues in just a few minutes. If you have some feta cheese on hand, it’s even better. You can make this healthy and delicious salad right away!

Ingredients Needed for Fresh Tuna and Feta Salad

3 ounces of lettuce
3 ounces of cherry tomatoes, halved
1 small red onion, julienne sliced
1 small cucumber, sliced
½ red bell pepper, sliced
½ yellow bell pepper, sliced
2 tablespoons of black olives
3 ounces of feta cheese, cubed
3 ounces of canned tuna
1 teaspoon olive oil

How to Cook Fresh Tuna and Feta Salad

  1. Add the lettuce to a bowl. Also, add the cherry tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, red and yellow bell pepper, and black olives. Toss everything to combine the ingredients. Add the salad to a large salad plate.
  2. Add the feta cubes and the canned tuna. Drizzle the olive oil. If you want, season with salt, pepper, and drizzle fresh lemon juice.
