Ingredients Needed for Fresh Tuna and Feta Salad
3 ounces of lettuce
3 ounces of cherry tomatoes, halved
1 small red onion, julienne sliced
1 small cucumber, sliced
½ red bell pepper, sliced
½ yellow bell pepper, sliced
2 tablespoons of black olives
3 ounces of feta cheese, cubed
3 ounces of canned tuna
1 teaspoon olive oil
How to Make Fresh Tuna and Feta Salad
- Add the lettuce to a bowl. Also, add the cherry tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, red and yellow bell pepper, and black olives. Toss everything to combine the ingredients. Add the salad to a large salad plate.
- Add the feta cubes and the canned tuna. Drizzle the olive oil. If you want, season with salt, pepper, and drizzle fresh lemon juice.
