Now, this is what we call a giant burger! Use around 10 ounces of ground beef to shape 2 large patties. But this recipe has more than ground beef: bacon, salami, and mozzarella! If you can't eat this burger all alone, share it with your partner!

Ingredients Needed for Giant Burger for Two

10 ounces of ground beef
5 mozzarellas
7 bacon
5 salamis
1 cup flour
1 egg
1 tablespoon milk
1 cup breadcrumbs
vegetable oil for frying
1 bread bun
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 salad, chopped
1 tablespoon ketchup
5 cucumbers
1 tablespoon spring onion, sliced

How to Make Giant Burger for Two

  1. Put a parchment paper on your workplace. Using your hands, shape 2 burger patties.
  2. Press with your fingers the center of the patties and pick up its edges.
  3. In the middle of one burger patty, put the mozzarella slice.
  4. Weave the bacon slices.
  5. Put the bacon weave on the second burger patty and roll in the edges, to fit in the middle of the patty.
  6. Place the salami slices over the bacon.
  7. Put one burger patty over the other, with the bacon, salami and mozzarella in the center, and press with your hands.
  8. Make an egg wash by whisking the egg with the milk.
  9. Coat the patties with flour, egg wash, and breadcrumbs.
  10. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet and fry the patty on both sides.
  11. Cut the burger bun, in half, horizontally. You’ll use only the bottom part.
  12. Spread the mayonnaise on the bread.
  13. Add the iceberg salad.
  14. Spread the ketchup.
  15. Add the cucumber slices.
  16. Add the mozzarella slices.
  17. Place the burger patty on top.
  18. Add spring onion and some more ketchup and mayonnaise.
