Ingredients Needed for Crunchy Veggie Rice
1 teaspoon ginger powder
salt
5 ounces of rice
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
parsley
1 ounce mixed seed
1 ounce peanut
1 tablespoon olive oil
How to Make Crunchy Veggie Rice
- Heat a saucepan, fill it with water, and bring it to a boil. Add the ginger powder and a pinch of salt. Throw in the rice and cook it according to the instructions on the package.
- Slice and mince both bell peppers. Mince the parsley.
- When the rice is done, move it into a large bowl. Add mixed seeds and peanuts. Pour olive oil. Add bell peppers and parsley and stir.
- You can serve it as a side for a good steak, or even on its own!
