Chicken, Mushroom and Sausage Baguette

You’re not in the mood for yesterday’s chicken? Don’t worry because we have the answer right here! Try this delicious sandwich and don’t be shy about adding other ingredients to the recipe! We think it works best with a few fresh vegetables and we have decided to add cucumber and radish.

Ingredients Needed for Chicken, Mushroom and Sausage Baguette

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
3 ounces of mushroom, chopped
3 ounces of leftover chicken, chopped
1 sausage, sliced
1 spring onion, chopped
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 baguette
2 cucumbers slices
2 radishes slices

How to Cook Chicken, Mushroom and Sausage Baguette

  1. First prepare the necessary ingredients for the sandwich. Heat a skillet, add 1 tablespoon vegetable oil and add mushrooms, leftover chicken and 1 sausage. Stir in the pan and after 1 minute add spring onion. Add soy sauce, reduce the heat and stir for 1 more minute.
  2. Slice the baguette through the middle and add the fried ingredients. Finish with cucumber and radish slices and add the top layer of the baguette.
