Cherry and Cognac Sorbet

Just look at this cherry and cognac sorbet! Do you need more reasons to make it, beyond the picture? Well, we’ll give you more anyway: it’s one hundred per cent made with amazing ingredients like cherries, agave syrup, and a splash of cognac.


10 ounces of frozen cherry, pitted
½ cup water
¼ cup cognac
¼ cup agave syrup
lime zest


  1. Add the frozen cherries in your blender.
  2. Add the water, cognac, and agave syrup.
  3. Blend them into a thin and smooth paste.
  4. Transfer the blended cherries in a bowl and freeze for 3 hours.
  5. Scoop the sorbet and decorate it with lemon zest and fresh mint.
