3 bacon
1 ounce grated mozzarella cheese
1 egg
salt
pepper

How to Make Cheesy Bacon Muffin

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F/200 degrees C.
  2. Place the slices of bacon in a flower pattern, in a ramekin.
  3. Add the mozzarella cheese, on the bacon.
  4. Crack an egg over the mozzarella.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes.
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste.
