Sausage and Potato Balls

Ingredients Needed for Sausage and Potato Balls

4 potatoes
1 cup bread crumbs
¼ cup shredded mozzarella
2 spring onions
1 egg
pepper
10 sausages
vegetable oil for frying

How to Cook Sausage and Potato Balls

  1. In a large bowl, put the shredded potatoes, the bread crumbs and the shredded mozzarella. Add the spring onion and the egg and sprinkle some pepper.
  2. Use your hand to mix everything together.
  3. Split the mix into 7-8 pieces. Take one, put a small sausage on it, and wrap the mix around it, until it becomes a sphere.
  4. Heat a frying pan to a high temperature. Fry the sausage and potato balls for about 10 minutes.
  5. Serve with hot sauce.
