1 cup bread crumbs
¼ cup shredded mozzarella
2 spring onions
vegetable oil for frying
How to Cook Sausage and Potato Balls
- In a large bowl, put the shredded potatoes, the bread crumbs and the shredded mozzarella. Add the spring onion and the egg and sprinkle some pepper.
- Use your hand to mix everything together.
- Split the mix into 7-8 pieces. Take one, put a small sausage on it, and wrap the mix around it, until it becomes a sphere.
- Heat a frying pan to a high temperature. Fry the sausage and potato balls for about 10 minutes.
- Serve with hot sauce.
