How to Make Bacon and Potato on Skewers
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F/200 degrees C.
- Boil the potatoes leaving the skins on. When they are ready, let them cool and peel them.
- Use 6 skewers. On each skewer, put 3 potatoes.
- Coat each potato skewer with a slice of bacon.
- Put the skewers on a baking tray.
- Bake them for 15 minutes.
