Ingredients Needed for Bacon and Potato on Skewers

18 baby potatoes
6 bacon slices

How to Make Bacon and Potato on Skewers

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F/200 degrees C.
  2. Boil the potatoes leaving the skins on. When they are ready, let them cool and peel them.
  3. Use 6 skewers. On each skewer, put 3 potatoes.
  4. Coat each potato skewer with a slice of bacon.
  5. Put the skewers on a baking tray.
  6. Bake them for 15 minutes.
  7. Serve warm!
