1 onion, minced
1 carrot, minced
2 celery stalks, chopped
2-3 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon chili flakes
1 teaspoon salt
pepper
2 tomatoes, diced
1 kale leaf, torn
1/2 cup beef stock
2 cups vegetable stock
14 ounces canned white beans
fresh basil leaves

How to Make White Bean Tomato Stew

  1. Heat the olive oil in a pan over low heat and add the onion, carrot, and celery.
  2. Cook and stir until tender.
  3. Add the garlic, chili flakes, salt, and pepper to taste. Keep adding the tomatoes, kale, and beef stock. Stir.
  4. Pour the vegetable stock, add the beans and toss a few basil leaves. Cook until reduced and serve warm.

1-2 teaspoons garlic powder
1-2 teaspoons tarragon
1 teaspoon curry
7-8 ounces canned tuna
2-3 teaspoons lemon juice
1 spring onion, chopped
1/2 cup sweet corn
4-5 cherry tomatoes, quartered
salt
pepper

How to Make Spicy Baked Potatoes With Tuna Salad

  1. Add the potatoes to a bowl, drizzle them with olive oil and spice them with garlic powder, tarragon, and curry. Mix.
  2. Transfer the spiced potatoes to a parchment paper-lined baking dish or baking tray.
  3. Bake for 25 minutes at 380ºF/190ºC.
  4. Add the tuna to another bowl and drizzle with lemon juice. Keep adding the spring onion, sweet corn, and cherry tomatoes, season with salt and pepper then mix everything.
  5. Serve the salad and the spiced potatoes together.

14 ounces pork tenderloin, grilled
1 egg
2 spring onions, chopped
2 chilis, finely sliced
½ teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon dried thyme
½ teaspoon dried curry
8 toast bread slices
sesame seeds

How to Make Sesame Pork Open Sandwiches

  1. Cut the grilled tenderloin into 1-inch pieces.
  2. Add it to the blender together with the egg, spring onion, and chili. Season with the pepper, salt, oregano, thyme, and curry.
  3. Mash everything, then spread the mixture on the bread.
  4. Add the sesame seeds on a plate. Press each slice coated-face-down into the seeds.
