How to Make Sausage Cheeseburger

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Cook the onion until golden and caramelized.
  3. Take the onion out, and in the remaining fat, add and cook the sausages.
  4. Toast the burger buns for 1-2 minutes until golden. After cooking them on one side, top them with shredded mozzarella and wait for it to melt.
  5. Now start assembling the burger. Grab the bottom layer and top it with a few tomato slices, some caramelized onion, sausage, green chili, 1 slice of cheese, and a teaspoon of mustard and ketchup
  6. Top it with the remaining bun.

7 ounces of mussel
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 red onion, chopped
5 chili peppers
1 trout fillet, approximately 5 ounces
salt
½ cup white wine
2.5 ounces of pasta shell

How to Make Mussels and Trout Pasta

  1. Start by washing the mussels with cold water. Throw away all the opened mussels.
  2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta shells according to the instructions on the package.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the red onion, and cook it for 1-2 minutes. Add the chili peppers and stir.
  4. Make room in the middle for the trout and lay it in the skillet. Cook the fish for 2-3 minutes, then add the mussels and continue to cook everything for another 2 minutes.
  5. Add the white wine and let it reduce by half before turning down the heat.
  6. Drain the pasta.
  7. Combine the trout and mussels with pasta and serve.

½ onion, sliced
1 garlic clove, minced
7 ounces of cabbage, shredded
½ cup water
1 teaspoon fish sauce

1 spring onion, chopped
2 eggs, whisked
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
chili flakes
7 ounces of ham, shredded

How to Make Egg and Cabbage Stir-Fry

  1. Heat a tablespoon of sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onion, carrot, garlic and cook them for 3-4 minutes, until softened. Add the shredded cabbage. Pour the water and fish sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Saute the cabbage for 5 minutes, until softens. Add spring onion and give it a good stir.
  2. Make room in the pan for the whisked eggs. Pour the remaining sesame oil and add the whisked eggs, then stir continuously to slightly cook the eggs. Mix them with the vegetables and continue cooking them for 2 more minutes. Half a minute before you finish, sprinkle sesame seeds in the pan.
  3. Stir and turn off the heat. Serve with a touch of chili flakes on top!
