½ cucumber
1 tomato
½ red onion
½ yellow bell pepper
5 mint leaves
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ lime

How to Make Tomato and Cucumber Salad With Mint Dressing

  1. Peel the cucumber and slice it.
  2. Slice the tomatoes and the red onion.
  3. Dice the yellow bell pepper.
  4. Finely chop the mint leaves.
  5. Make a dressing out of the olive oil, salt, the juice from the lime, and the mint. Mix them in a small bowl.
