6 ounces of brussels sprout
2 chicken breasts
2 sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F/180 degrees C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Drizzle it with olive oil.

  2. Peel and slice the potatoes.
  3. On a baking tray, set a parchment paper.
  4. Put the potato slices on the parchment paper.
  5. Drizzle some vegetable oil over them. Sprinkle it with sea salt.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes.
  7. Cut the top of the bread and scoop the crumb, without damaging the crust.
