Ingredients Needed for Shrimp and Vegetable Stir-Fry
10 shrimp
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
3 garlic cloves
salt
pepper
¼ cup white wine
½ red onion
¼ red bell pepper, sticks
0.25 green bell pepper, sticks
⅔ cup green peas
How to Make Shrimp and Vegetable Stir-Fry
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and stir-fry the shrimp for one minute. Add the garlic and cook for one more minute.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the white wine and cook until reduced by 1/3, about 2 minutes.
- In another skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
- Add onion rings, bell pepper sticks and green peas and cook stirring constantly until vegetables are soft, about 1-2 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Add shrimp and stir well to combine.
