Ingredients Needed for Shrimp and Vegetable Stir-Fry

10 shrimp
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
3 garlic cloves
salt
pepper
¼ cup white wine
½ red onion
¼ red bell pepper, sticks
0.25 green bell pepper, sticks
⅔ cup green peas

How to Make Shrimp and Vegetable Stir-Fry

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and stir-fry the shrimp for one minute. Add the garlic and cook for one more minute.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add the white wine and cook until reduced by 1/3, about 2 minutes.
  4. In another skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
  5. Add onion rings, bell pepper sticks and green peas and cook stirring constantly until vegetables are soft, about 1-2 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Add shrimp and stir well to combine.
