1 tablespoon vegetable oil
8 ounces of chicken breast, diced
1 red onion, chopped
5 ounces of butternut squash, diced
3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
5 ounces of gnocchi
1 cup chicken stock
1 ½ tablespoons of pesto sauce
salt
pepper
3 ounces of baby spinach
½ cup parmesan, shredded

How to Make Chicken With Gnocchi and Pesto Sauce

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet and add the chicken breast. Cook it for 15 minutes, stirring often, until it turns golden brown.
  2. Take the chicken pieces out of the skillet and set them aside.
  3. Add the onion and butternut squash in the remaining vegetable oil.
  4. Add the garlic, gnocchi, and pour 1/2 cup (125 ml) of chicken stock.
  5. Bring it to a boil and then reduce the heat. Simmer everything for 5 minutes. If necessary, add some more chicken stock.
  6. Add the pesto sauce and stir thoroughly.
  7. Season with salt, pepper, and add the baby spinach.
  8. Add the chicken, parmesan, and cook for 2-3 more minutes.

2 spring onions s, chopped
2 garlic cloves, sliced
½ cup chicken stock

⅔ cup heavy cream
4 lasagna sheets
1 red chili, thinly sliced

How to Make Creamy Mushrooms on Lasagna Sheets

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the mushrooms, spring onion and garlic. Cook them until the mushrooms start to turn brown.
  2. Add the chicken stock and season with salt and pepper. Reduce the heat and add the heavy cream. Continue cooking until you get a thick, creamy sauce.
  3. Add water in another saucepan and bring it to a boil. Add the lasagna sheets and boil them according to the instructions on the package.
  4. Take them out with a spatula after they’ve cooked, and add them over the creamy mushrooms. Cook everything for 1 more minute, while gently stirring.
  5. Serve them with a touch of red chili on top!

6 ounces of chicken breast, cut into medium cubes
vegetable oil for frying
salt
5 bacon slices, cut into medium pieces
1 red onion, julienne slices
1 teaspoon garlic powder
7 ounces of baby spinach
⅓ cup milk
5 ounces of spaghetti
2 tablespoons of pesto sauce
3 ounces of grated parmesan
pepper
parsley, chopped

How to Make Creamy Chicken and Bacon Spaghetti

  1. Heat some vegetable oil in a skillet and thrown in it the chicken breast pieces. Season with salt.
  2. Fry the chicken pieces until they become white, stirring often. Then, move the chicken pieces on one side of the skillet, and add the bacon in the left space.
  3. Remove the chicken pieces and set them aside.
  4. Continue cooking the bacon. Add the red onion and garlic powder. Stir.
  5. Add the baby spinach, stir and cook until it wilts.
  6. Add the spaghetti and the fried chicken pieces.
  7. Cook until the chicken and pasta are cooked through.
  8. Add the pesto sauce, 2 ounces (55 grams) grated parmesan, salt, and pepper.
  9. Stir and cook for 1-2 more minutes.
  10. Before serving, sprinkle some more grated parmesan and chopped parsley.
