For the herbed butter:

7 ounces of butter, room temperature
salt
pepper
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped

For the steak:

1 teaspoon olive oil
1 pound beef tenderloin

How to Make Beef Tenderloin With Herb Butter

  1. Add the butter in a large bowl.
  2. Season it with salt, pepper, curry powder, and add the chopped parsley. Mix with a fork until smooth.
  3. Use the herbed butter to fill the empty slots of an ice cube tray. Refrigerate it for the next 60 minutes.
  4. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef tenderloin and cook it for 3-4 minutes per side for medium. If you prefer it rare, cook for 2 minutes per side; if you prefer it well done, cook it for 5-6 minutes per side.
  5. Thinly slice it before serving and top it with 1 herb butter cube.

5 garlic cloves
fresh rosemary leaves
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 pounds of beef sirloin
salt
pepper
2 teaspoons of butter
4 ounces of mushroom
½ cup vegetable stock

How to Make Herb-Roasted Beef With Mushrooms

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F/175°C.
  2. Add the garlic cloves, rosemary, and olive oil in a blender. Blend everything until smooth.
  3. Lay the beef in a baking dish and season it with salt and pepper on both sides. Evenly spread the rosemary and garlic marinade over the beef.
    Slide the tray into the oven and cook the beef for the next 90 minutes.
  4. Melt 1 teaspoon of butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the mushrooms and season them with salt and pepper. Cook them for 2-3 minutes and take them out from the pan.
  5. Melt the remaining butter and add the vegetable stock. Bring the sauce to a boil, add the mushrooms, and cook everything for 2 more minutes.
  6. Slice the beef into 0.4 inches (1 cm) thick slices and serve it with the sautéed mushrooms.

1 teaspoon mirin
1 tablespoon soy sauce
3 garlic cloves, crushed
0.5 ounce ginger, shredded
7 ounces of salmon, diced
3 ounces of quinoa, cooked
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 spring onion, chopped
5 mushrooms, quartered
2 romaine lettuces leaves
lemon zest, shredded

How to Make Soy Sauce Marinated Salmon With Quinoa and Mushrooms

  1. Add the honey, mirin, and soy sauce in a small bowl. Also, add 2 garlic cloves and half of the ginger. Add the diced salmon, mix and cover the bowl with foil. Let it marinate for the next 30 minutes.
  2. Next heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the remaining garlic and ginger. Add the mushrooms, and the romaine lettuce leaves. Stir and cook for around 2 minutes. Add the lemon zest, stir, and cook for an additional minute.
  3. Take out everything from the skillet and add the salmon. Cook it evenly on all sides. Next, add the cooked quinoa, mushrooms, stir, and cook everything for 1 more minute.
