Ingredients Needed for White Chocolate Mocha
4 ounces white chocolate
½ cup coffee
7 ounces mascarpone
dark chocolate, grated (for garnishing)
How to Cook White Chocolate Mocha
- Bain-marie the white chocolate: fill a pot halfway with water and heat it. Place a heat-proof bowl on top and add the white chocolate. Cook and continuously stir until it melts.
- Pour the coffee over the melted chocolate and mix until even.
- Add the mascarpone to another bowl. Gradually add the coffee mixture and stir until even.
- Pour it in glasses and serve garnished with grated chocolate.
