Why not reinventing (and simplifying, for that matter) the mocha by simply using melted white chocolate and flavoring it with coffee? The result will be a thick and extra-creamy dessert drink.

Ingredients Needed for White Chocolate Mocha

    4 ounces white chocolate
    ½ cup coffee
    7 ounces mascarpone
    dark chocolate, grated (for garnishing)

How to Make White Chocolate Mocha

  1. Bain-marie the white chocolate: fill a pot halfway with water and heat it. Place a heat-proof bowl on top and add the white chocolate. Cook and continuously stir until it melts.
  2. Pour the coffee over the melted chocolate and mix until even.
  3. Add the mascarpone to another bowl. Gradually add the coffee mixture and stir until even.
  4. Pour it in glasses and serve garnished with grated chocolate.
