10 ounces of goat cheese, grated
2 tablespoons of crushed walnuts
2 tablespoons of parmesan, grated
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
2 tablespoons of cream cheese
How to Cook Walnut Cheese Balls
- Add the goat cheese, walnuts, parmesan, parsley, and cream cheese to a bowl. Season with salt and mix until even.
- Start shaping little balls from the mixture. In the end, we’ve got 20 of them.
- Coat them with flour, whisked egg, and panko.
- Fill a deeper frying pan halfway with vegetable oil and heat it. Deep-fry the cheese balls until golden.
