8 smoked plums 1 green chili 1 pound pork blade salt pepper vegetable oil for frying

How to Cook Sweet and Spicy Pork Steak

  1. Make small cuts into the pork blade. Get the smoked plums into the cuts.
  2. Put the pork blade into a clay pot 8-inch (20 cm) diameter.
  3. Chop finely slices of green chili. Cut apple slices.
  4. Add in the clay pot chili, salt, pepper, and slices of an apple.
  5. Cover the clay pot.
  6. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F/200 degrees C.
  7. Bake it for two hours.
  8. Serve warm.
