How to Make Stir-Fry Cabbage With Pork Belly
- Slice the white and the red cabbage into strips.
- Cut the pork belly into small cubes, 0.4-inch (1 cm) side.
- Heat a deep skillet and fry the pork belly cubes for about 4-5 minutes, without using vegetable oil.
- Add the cabbage. Season with salt and pepper and stir fry.
