vegetable oil for frying
9 ounces of minced meat
4 breads slices
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
4 lettuces leaves
2 eggs, scrambled
½ cup shredded mozzarella
How to Make Scrambled Eggs and Mozzarella Toast Burger
- Separate the meat into 2 burger patties. Heat a skillet, add oil and fry on each burger side for 3-4 minutes.
- Toast your bread slices in another skillet without using oil. Spread mayo on one toasted bread and begin assembling the burger.
- Add lettuce, half of the scrambled eggs, one burger patty, and mozzarella and finally close with another toast.
