Scrambled Eggs and Mozzarella Toast Burger

Burgers are an all-time classic and there are lots of combinations out there just waiting to be tried! We have decided to replace the burger bun with toast bread and add some scrambled eggs to make it tastier and easier to be eaten in hungry mornings!

Ingredients Needed for Scrambled Eggs and Mozzarella Toast Burger

vegetable oil for frying
9 ounces of minced meat
4 breads slices
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
4 lettuces leaves
2 eggs, scrambled
½ cup shredded mozzarella

How to Cook Scrambled Eggs and Mozzarella Toast Burger

  1. Separate the meat into 2 burger patties. Heat a skillet, add oil and fry on each burger side for 3-4 minutes.
  2. Toast your bread slices in another skillet without using oil. Spread mayo on one toasted bread and begin assembling the burger.
  3. Add lettuce, half of the scrambled eggs, one burger patty, and mozzarella and finally close with another toast.
  4. Repeat the steps above for the second burger.
